R Brown Consulting Group LLC assists engineers and design professionals in the formation of project design and construction documents by conducting constructability reviews. The identification of issues such as document errors and omissions during the design phase can help decrease requests for information and clarification, which can ultimately decrease conflicts during construction.  We have the hands-on construction expertise to analyze the feasibility of the project by reviewing construction means and methods and subsequent construction cost, as well as selecting economical design alternatives.

We also assist contractors in the bidding phase in respect to evaluation of project specifications, drawings and general conditions, development of means and methods, and providing partial or entire estimates, including bids and closeouts.
